Radical Cleaning – change the world

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

Ho’oponopono – a dedication to radical cleaning. What does that mean? What can it do for me?

A spiritual practice of remembering the real you created perfect and “blank” – no baggage, no memories, no crap carried over – just a blank slate.

We apologize to the DIVINE, the Holy, the Sacred in ourselves for not remembering that.

We apologize for being angry, hurt, sick, afraid confused and we reset ourselves, we clean and erase what is in our subconscious of all the old bad data that has built up and we remember we were created, pure, clean and blank.

You clean in advance of going somewhere, meeting your boss, meeting a friend your at odds with, a family gathering. You place the situation out there and start the mantra. It works, it really does.

But you need to try it for yourself and see the miracle that it is. Clean our political climate, the environment, displaced indigenous peoples removed centuries ago – all the memories of those actions are still there. Apologize to the DIVINE IN YOU for not seeing the world as complete and perfect, it is if you see it that way and it will improve.

A tribe of “Cleaners” can change the world.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

Cleaning for Love

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

What I see outside of myself, conflict, fear lack of love, is there to show me what is going on inside myself so I can clean it.

Apologize to the divine in me for forgetting I was made perfect and resetting back to that.

Wipe the memories off the whiteboard, out of our memory, out of our subconscious. It is our subconscious creating the fear, anxiety and unrest. Clean and repeat:

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

Clean for Peace

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

I am 100% responsible for chaos in the world because I see chaos in the world.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

What is Ho’oponopono?

Ho’ponopono means correction or to make right. We take 100% responsibility for everything in our lives and ask for forgiveness of the Divine IN OUR SELVES. We have forgotten we were made perfect and hold onto bad data – memories and false perceptions. We are NOT our memories, but all of our lives are colored by them.  Practicing Ho’oponopono helps us erase our memories, embedded memories from our ancestral line and reset ourselves back to “zero” starting again with a clean slate.

With ho’oponopo we clean, we erase.

  • We take 100% responsibility for everything in our lives;
    • Our family interactions
    • Our work interactions
    • The political climate on our country (it is collective bad memories)
    • EVERYTHING
  • By reciting a simple phrase and “cleaning” our “data”:

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you.

I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you.

Over and over, every time we start  rethinking, worrying, not feeling good enough, not liking our partner or even or boss.

There is nothing out there, we falsely interpret what is happening using faulty data accumulated in the memory bank called our subconscious.

Ho’oponopono: Reset your life

Unee, the Universe, God, the Divine are all the same thing and they are love. Love untainted, pure, non-judgmental and free – that is what we need to work to to regain. It is easy and very hard at the same time.

Our “lives” or what we think are our lives are just memories, perceptions, misconceptions and then ruminating on it all. The real me and you when stripped to the core is none of these – that’s what we need to reset and go back to.

If you ask your family or friends what they remember about the holidays, they will remember different things, things you may not even remember and so will you. Just bits and pieces that “stuck” to you and may be causing you unrest even now. Or even a memory from a year ago, or 5 years ago, 25 years ago or another lifetime. Still affecting you coloring your life-view and it doesn’t exist.

There is nothing “out-there” making you do or think anything, it is all in your memory stored in your subconscious.

This is where Ho’oponopono comes in. We clean that old data that is stored in our subconscious and get rid or it, just like you clean up your computer…
