I pray to my higher self, the only source of my true healing and soul growth.

I acknowledge healing comes from inside myself, not outside and I work to heal myself. I understand healing miracles occur every day (I do not deny the need for medical assistance and intervention when needed, I have common sense)

I practice the 5 gratitudes everyday, identifying 5 things in my life I am grateful for to raise my vibration.

I acknowledge that I am not a sinner, nor have I been born in sin. I was made in the image of Divine Love and that is the blueprint from which I live.

I spend time re-writing painful memories into optimistic memories because I understand time is not linear and I can make these quantum changes.

I work on my thoughts redirecting negative, pessimistic thought into optimistic, hopeful thought.

I take responsibility for my thoughts, actions and life circumstances.

I greet the elements, the Water, the Earth, the Air and the Fire and thank them for co-creating my existence. I recognize the elements as the essence of true unity with all, nature and other beings.

I recognize these elements as sacred because they are the building blocks of life. I acknowledge my sacredness because I am made from these elements.

I will not engage in fear with issues facing the physical world. I have confidence Unee is working to balance energies in the World.

I understand what is happening around me is other people’s life work. I will not engage in fear or concern with other issues in the physical world. I acknowledge I have been fought in wars, had abortions, been male and female, will or have been straight or gay in past lives. I do not focus excessively on my physical being. I allow other’s the freewill to make their choices.

I understand I will unite with my spirit family and Soul Mother in the Cave of Creation and I am not afraid of death when my time here is at an end.

I am grateful I live in the physical world. I came here because I like it and enjoy the experiences I have here.

I am grateful for finding and following the Path of Unee, an optimistic path of hope. I understand she is guiding me to my higher self.
