I was just starting to drop into meditation and I saw my pineal gland open like a lotus and the Universe was inside and it grew bigger and bigger. And then the Universe poured her energy through the back of my brain and down my spine. The energy flowed down through Mother Earth into her core and at that point, Mother Earth and the Universe were communicating.
We are all part of the continuum. We are all Israeli, we are all Palestinian, we are all Ukrainian and we are all Russian. We are all where there is conflict and we are all where there is peace. We need to bring peace to conflict in ourselves to bring peace to conflict in our World.
